RETURN POLICY

In order to ensure you have a satisfying shopping experience, where you can confidently make purchases, we have a 15 day return policy to protect our valued customers.

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as the one ordered. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team on 0824-4256555 , who will guide you through the return process.


CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

  • Please notify us of receipt of a damaged / defective product within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products/Items should be unused.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and Invoice.
  • It is advised that the parcel being returned be firmly and adequately packed to prevent further damage of goods in transit.

REFUND POLICY

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items ordered for a full refund. All you need to do is give us a call on 0824-4256555 or email us at info@spiceadda.com within a period of 15 days, from the date of delivery. Return of products will be accepted only if the items dispatched are in good condition. We will process the refund after receipt of the product by SPICEADDA.COM. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment used while placing the order.

  • Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
  • Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to the same bank account.
  • For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be drawn in favor of the same name as appearing in the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order.
